Merry Christmas from Emma and Chloe!

As I recover from the (ahem) excessive amounts of ka-la-na I had on Christmas Eve, I just wanted to say thank you so much for sticking with this blog so faithfully over the past few years, particularly through my rather extended periods of absence. I actually feel really humble each time I come back and I find you’re all still here. Your ongoing devotion to the Emmaverse, your generous feedback, ideas, and support means the world to me. It really does.

Oh, look at me, I’m getting all emotional here. But you really are wonderful, and I don’t think I would ever have got this far without your ever engaging feedback.

I hope you’re all having a wonderful festive season, be it Christmas, or whichever holiday festival you prefer. For those of you who haven’t seen my comments buried in the feedback section of some of the previous chapters, I will be serialising the long delayed Gods of Gor at long last to run concurrently with The Shadow in the Dark (albeit at a slower pace than Shadow on the Dark, to give Chloe plenty of time to hopefully produce some of her digital art).

It’s been so long since the last chapter in the Emma pov series that you may be forgiven for remembering where we’re at! The previous book was Ubara of Gor, and it ended with our heroines, Emma and Chloe, stranded with Brinn in the equatorial (African influenced) coastal city of Schendi, preparing to venture deep down river in search of Emma’s long lost sister, Bea. This book will tap heavily into the setting that John Norman used in his book Explorers of Gor, and that Olga used for her fanfic novel Daughter of Gor that inspired the whole Emmaverse. I’m looking forward to getting back into the ‘writing voice’ of Emma, who has a very different narrative approach to Ashlee Ellis and Roland Martell.

Expect the first chapter in a few days. Until then, stuff yourselves silly with festive food, and let me blow air kisses in your direction. I'll leave you with a few AI pictures I generated ahead of the main series, that I did just for a bit of fun. Sadly, AI picture prompts are heavily censored as I'm learning these past few days. A lot of what I wanted to create pictures for were simply blocked. Ah well. 😊

I hope 2026 will be a great year for all of you. 😊

    1. She's a Free Woman of Schendi, chain-sis. Like Free Women in central Gor, they tend not to like kajirae.

From the way you’re smiling and dancing, I thought you had pulled a slave girl’s trick of agreeing you are a slut, when she called you one!

    3. Quite possibly, chain-sis. ;)

  2. The slave tunics look a little too modest for kajira

    MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL

    1. I am VERY limited in what AI will let me create via prompts, Master. This is about as far as I can push the censorship boundaries go Google Gemini, and the pictures are only for a bit of fun while the Christmas dinner is cooking. Chloe's art will be much more suggestive and closer in style to the books.

    2. Emma:

We are familiar with Chloe’s art. My favorite picture is naked leashed back-braceleted Lady Cassandra Assante, which was very suggestive and followed the book.

    3. Yes, chain-sis, Chloe has a lot more freedom with her art as it isn't constrained by the censorship of an AI system. The picture you mentioned is one of my favourites, too. It's always good to see Cassandra naked, leashed, and back-braceleted. :)

    4. Emma:

I was idly scrolling from the comments to look at the second ( and I thought final) picture when I discovered 5 more. Who is the slave girl with the whip squaring off with you?

    5. Vyeh, I think that is supposed to be Chloe, actually Brinn's First Girl and therefore responsible for discipling Emma.

    6. Lady Donna:

For some reason initially she looked different from second figure in first picture. Thank you.

    7. This is one of the frustrating limitations of AI. You give detailed commands and generate a picture that contains a likeness which you would like to keep for all other pictures featuring that character, but the AI doesn't seem to do that. You're basically spinning a random number wheel each time you generate a picture, and even if you use the exact same descriptions, the AI will generate whatever it wants, using your instructions as just a guide. There doesn't seem to be a way to say, 'use the likeness of the girl in this picture to create another picture featuring her'.

Fortunately, ChloeK uses Mark I intelligence. You’ve got to feed her baklava, but her images remain consistent. You should be grateful that ChloeK, who joined near the end of the original trilogy is still around.

Four more pictures appear. Who is the Free Woman in blue & white robes? I assume the blondes in the second and third of the last four pictures is you. Is the kajira in the rowboat in last picture Chloe?

  3. Happy Christmas all, my thanks to Emma for having resumed writing. But do I spy a blond barbarian slave girl arguing with her First Girl? Chloe give her 6 lashes with the switch and you can have her baklava for the next three days.
